‘Barbecue enthusiasts are in for a treat this summer as award-winning chef Ben Bartlett, affectionately known as BBQ Ben, joins renowned barbecue expert Ross Yarranton flying in from Perth, Australia for two exclusive book-signing events on Saturday 29 August.

The pair will be signing copies of their brand-new book, BRITISH & AUSTRALIAN BBQ SECRETS ‘THE BEGINNING’ – VOL. 4, at two of the South West’s most iconic attractions: Clevedon Pier and Bristol’s historic SS Great Britain. The new publication celebrates the shared barbecue heritage of Britain and Australia, bringing together inspiring recipes, expert techniques, practical tips and the authors’ combined decades of experience around the grill. Whether you’re an experienced pitmaster or lighting your first barbecue, the book offers something for everyone who enjoys cooking outdoors.

Ben Bartlett, one of Britain’s best-known barbecue chefs, has spent over 30 years promoting British food and outdoor cooking through television, live demonstrations, competitions, books and national campaigns.
