BBQ Burgers..ever found that when you grill them they can fall apart, especially home-made ones? Well this is a great tip! Put them on an oiled BBQ plate first to seal a bit on both sides then move to an oiled hot grill, then after about 30 seconds just lift them slightly to prevent them sticking, do the same with the other side and hey, perrrffect Burgers!

Tip: Keep an eye on them while cooking, dont overcook them! Ross Y
