Canadian Maple Syrup – Maple infused food

‘I have been asked to use Canadian Maple Syrup in my BBQ and other cooking I am impressed by the high quality of the product and the ease of using it, here are two types of Anzac biscuit that I made for Anzac Day (today) using Maple syrup. My guests loved the biscuits especially the Square ones as I used more and it added to the flavour brilliantly…I am a fan already!’ Ross
