If you want to start spit roasting this is YOUR BBQ, easy to assemble easy to use and easy to cook, just remember that the charcoal needs to be fairly plentiful, we used enough, we thought to cover the bottom with the grills on top and we needed another 30%. if you leave the grills off, no problem, but we thought that we could cook other stuff which we did. So experiment as this has to be the best ‘learners’ spit roast out there.. Ross
