 Slow Roasted Lamb.....

You know I have always been an advent for slow cooking on the BBQ but guess what? Now......big companies are taking my slow cooking idea and advertising it!!

......Not that I mind as I have always said that a slow cook on a BBQ is always easier than a fast cook:..WHY??

1/. If you cook things slow you can always go back if you need to. Cook high and its over-cooked beore you know it.

2/. It makes food more tender / succulent and with more flavour.

3/. Saves gas as cooking slow uses less fuel.

4/. Less mess......Less to clean up and more cooking to enjoy!
