Hi All, I notice that 'cooking prawns' seems to be one of the 'asked' questions, 'how to cook on a BBQ?'
Shell first put them on a skewer, like the picture - Cook them slowly with extra virgin olive oil and S & P, on the grill of your BBQ on medium heat, it takes about 30/45 seconds each side no more...serve with lemon juice or cocktail sauce* or sweet chilli sauce
Alternatively, toss the shelled prawns in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and cracked pepper, place on a preheated clean BBQ plate at medium heat for 30/45 seconds, turn for 30 seconds, splash with lime or lemon juice, serve......
TIP *easy - mayonaisse and Tomato ketchup to colour and flavour, a little Lea Perrins (worcestershire sauce) give it that sharpness!
