Sweet Potato Chips

Sweet Potato chips are easy, peel, slice, and make into chips! toss in York Extra Vigin Olive Oil (I used the lemon infused), then add cracked pepper, malden sea salt, and I added some Harissa. Toss together, place on baking tray and preheat oven to 200c, cook for about 30-40 minutes until they start to charr, serve immediately or they do still taste good cold! For BBQ do exactly the same prep but cook indirect for 50-60 minutes at 200c hood down...
