EASY YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS

This is a great way to make Yorkshire Pudding in your Pizza Oven as you can get the temperature really high and the heat is more even than in a BBQ...
Put your Pizza Oven on high till it reaches 230c on the gauge. Put a tray on the middle shelf leaving the top shelf free.
Get a muffin tin and a little oil, Olive Oil will work, so will butter, you do not need a lot about ½ a tablespoon in each hole.
Now for the mix:
Put 140g of plain flour in to a bowl and using a manual or mixer beat in 4 whole eggs, when smooth add 200ml milk and season with sea salt and cracked pepper. You can put the batter in to the fridge covered if you don’t use it right away.
Place the oiled tray into the top of the pizza oven for about 5-10 minutes for the oil to get hot, then take it out (be careful as its hot!) place on an even surface and pour the batter into the 12 holes evenly, just under halfway up is good.
Put back in the oven as quickly as you can so it doesn’t lose too much heat and leave for about 20 minutes checking every so often.
When golden take the tray out and remove all the puddings, they will be different shapes but that’s the fun part! Serve hot with Roast Beef and veggies…. Yum!
