All three ‘British & Australian BBQ Secrets‘ Books will be available for sale, personally signed by Ross plus his first book ‘Drongos Guide to BBQ Mastery’ which you can only buy from him as its now out of print.

* Ross will be demonstrating how to easily cook steak without burning it, cooking chicken and all sorts of lovely goodies. He will take any questions from the floor at anytime so dont be afraid to ask about cooking, buying a BBQ, Problems with BBQ repairs, Installations, NG & LPG Conversions, Alfresco areas, Charcoal and gas in fact ‘All Things BBQ’ so come along and join in the fun and learn to BBQ the right and easy way…! Giveaways too, but they are only given out for those attending the Workshops………..

We also may ask you to fill out a ‘how did you enjoy the workshop’ form, these forms do not ask for any personal or email information (like some others). So please be frank with your comments otherwise we will not learn to make the workshops better (if they need to) going forward… Thank you!

Ross Yarranton Barbitec’s Owner is famously the first WA BBQ Chef to start BBQ Classes back in early 2000 which went on to become so popular he wrote his first book Drongo’s Guide to BBQ Mastery. Ross’s book was so successful he decided to join forces with Ben in 2022 and create British & Australian BBQ Secrets, volume one, volume 2 is out now and volumes 3-5 will be coming in the next couple of years. In his spare time Ross consults on everything BBQ Australia-wide via his website www.barbitec.com

Ross is a fully qualified and licensed Gas Technician specializing in Barbeques – installing and repairing as well as a renowned BBQ Chef.

All media taken are subject to the States and Barbitec’s strict privacy laws, however, we may ask you at some stage to still authorise a disclaimer provided by us (this may be due to you being asked to be filmed helping Ross). Copyright of all media will be owned by Barbitec. Out of courtesy, Photos or videos taken at any ‘All Things BBQ’ Workshops permission must be granted either from Chantal (our official photographer), or Ross, before they are taken, permission will not normally be withheld as we are grateful for the publicity.

Please bear in mind though that sharing on social media may constitute a copyright breach so permission from BARBITEC is essential prior to any publication on social media by you.

If the workshop is at anytime being recorded and Ross asks if you are OK to be filmed, unless informed otherwise, this will be considered  ‘Complete Acceptance’ to our media policy and therefore any further authorization by Barbitec will not be required.
