Please note: Due to your safety and our own Company regulations we may NOT repair or service any BBQ or patio heater that has had an ‘attempted’ repair by the owner. If you bring it to us and we think it has been tampered with, we may refuse to look at or repair it! .

‘In Australia, it is illegal to repair, service, or install any gas appliance yourself unless you hold a current, valid gas fitting license. Gas work is heavily regulated in every state and territory. Attempting to do so poses severe risks like gas leaks, explosions, and carbon monoxide poisoning.‘ Gas fitting is a skilled technical trade that requires extensive training. Do not be tempted to do gas work yourself, or to use an unlicensed gas fitter. Unlicensed work is a risk to yours and public safety and may affect future insurance claims.

We do what others can’t, bring your BBQ, Gas Pizza Oven or Patio Heater to us and save time and money!

We carry out all sorts of repairs and conversions in our fully equipped workshop. Please note that we DO NOT now carry out repairs to Barbeques, Patio Heaters or Pizza Ovens at customers premises.

You save on costs by bringing the item to us, for example we service and repair appliances from $99.00 plus GST (this allows for an inspection to see what is wrong and 30 minutes labor to help fix it) plus parts if required, after the 30 minutes we charge $49.00 plus GST for each 15 minutes or part thereafter.

We only charge $99.00 plus GST for the first 30 minutes as we appreciate that if you bring the BBQ to us then that is a cost to you so we do take that into account with any extra charges. 

We realise that Barbeques can be big and can be built-in so call us to advise on on-site servicing as might be able to provide details of someone that can provide this service.

NOTE: If we cant fix it there is No Charge, but on condition that if required, you collect it for disposal, otherwise a charge may be applied.

Barbeques, Patio heaters that are repaired or serviced MUST be collected within 14 days, otherwise a storage charge may be applied, after 7 days we will contact you again and give you 7 days to collect your appliance, if you feel that you do not want or cannot afford to collect it we reserve the right to sell or donate the appliance.

Alternatively your item can be dropped off to us and normally returned within 48 hours (subject to parts availability), sometimes we can even repair it while you wait!

We take all major credit cards, cash and direct credit. Note if paying by direct credit items will not be released until money has been received by us.

If you do make a time with us to drop an item off please make sure that you adhere to this time as like yours our time is also valuable. Call us if you cant make it that particular day.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to parts availability we only service items that we are service agents for. For example we do not service Beefeater or Everdure Barbeques but can point you in the right direction for service.
