What does it cost?

From $99.00 (Workshop) plus GST for 30 minutes. Where else would you get a qualified, experienced service for this sort of money?

Ring us and have a chat with your BBQ problem, we might be able to solve it over the phone at no cost to you.

If not, you can bring it to our workshop for $99.00 plus GST (30 minutes), then $49.00 plus GST for each 15 minutes or part.

On-site calls (Consultancy only)* are from $125.00 plus GST then $49.00 for each 15 minutes or part plus GST. We may also charge a travel fee depending on where we go. If we are not sure of our advice over the phone we will suggest a site visit, dont forget this is a ‘chargeable’ visit….

Phone Call advice with regards to alfresco areas may also attract a charge as Ross’s expertise and qualifications are the reason you are calling him. If its a quick call there will be no charge, however if it means further communication Barbitec may reserve the right to charge for his advices, however the maximum charge will be limited to $100 plus GST.

We may also be able to advise on outsourcing your problem referring you to an independent installer. As this is a referral service we cannot take any responsibility for their work or actions.

We only cover North of the River excluding CBD, South of the River and Australia-wide are covered by www.bbqsaa.com.au (Barbecue Service Alliance Australia)

*If we come out to you for an on-site consultation we will charge $125.00 plus GST. This will include call out and 30 minutes of onsite discussion’s and advice. If it lasts longer than 30 minutes we may charge $49.00 plus GST for each extra 15 minutes or part we are there.

Please note: We no longer do ‘on-site’ service calls, however we can advise you on whom you should contact. When calling It would be helpful to us if you could let us know the make and model of the BBQ, what is wrong with it and how old it is.
