What does it cost?

From $99.00 (Workshop) plus GST for 30 minutes. Where else would you get a qualified, experienced service for this sort of money?

Ring us and have a chat with your BBQ problem, we might be able to solve it over the phone at no cost to you.

If not, you can bring it to our workshop for $99.00 plus GST (30 minutes), then $49.00 plus GST for each 15 minutes or part (Remember we are more generous with our workshop time than we are with on-site time).

On-site calls (Consultancy* or Service) are from $125.00 plus GST then $49.00 for each 15 minutes or part plus GST plus parts. We may also charge a travel fee depending on where we go. If we are not sure of our advice over the phone we will suggest a site visit, dont forget this is a 'chargeable' visit..

We may  be able to advise on outsourcing your problem referring you to an independent installer or manufacturer where we cannot make an onsite call or the appliance is not known to us or is not a product that we normally service. This is a referral service and as such we can take no responsibility for their work or actions.

We do not cover Perth CBD or Rockingham / Mandurah areas and we adhere strictly to a 20 klm radius of Perth.

*If we come out to you for an on-site consultation we will charge $125.00 plus GST. This will include call out and 30 minutes of onsite discussion’s and advice. If it lasts longer than 30 minutes we may charge $49.00 plus GST for each extra 15 minutes or part we are there.
