Beefeater Barbeques................Indoor or Outdoor? We answer the Question!
updated 8/11/2021 .... Now things seem to have changed a bit as apparently, Beefeater are now selling a BBQ 'Proline' that meets the 'partial indoors' criteria.
Beefeater may confirm this however if the bbq is used in a totally enclosed indoor area it does need to be re:approved for indoor use. So much confusion over this so I suggest you call your local Gas inspectors office, 'energy Safety' in WA and let them explain....If they will....
However from October 2023 in WA these Barbeques CANNOT be approved locally by a Gas recertification specialist and therefore can only be recertified by the manufacturer and unfortunately most of them do not have a BBQ that is approved and certified for indoor use..
NOTE DISCLAIMER: Due to conflicting information regarding these Barbeques we cannot at this stage confirm that the above information is correct, again your local Energy safety office may be able to help.
