Mottainai Lamb

I was delighted to have Dinner with Dean and Suzannah of Mottainai Lamb / Wagyu Lamb on Friday....Its been a long trek for them post covid but they hope to get their produce out again by the end of the year and on to your plates.

What a lovely taste, smell and flavour compared to others, so tender and so easy to cook. (they gave me some to try and it didnt take me long to get the BBQ ready and cook it!)  Check out my instagram page, I did two cooks one with marinade (using BBQ Bens sauce) as a 'steak' direct on the BBQ grill and one plain as a roast, both perfect! This was Lamb shoulder..
