Lamb Loin Chops done on the BBQ.......just brush chops with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, season with salt and cracked pepper, sprinkle with chopped Rosemary, preheat grill and BBQ plate on high for 5 to 10 minutes depending on your BBQ with hood up. Place on the preheated hot BBQ plate for 60 seconds, turn plate down to low, then place chops on to the grill for 3-5 minutes, then turn over and back to plate for 45 seconds, then back to grill for about 3 to 4 minutes depending how you like them cooked, mine were medium rare... interesting that they didnt leave a lot of mess, hardly anything on the BBQ and they had flavour, moisture and easy to cook, buy some and have fun!
Remember to order..this is really good, 'restaurant quality' Lamb...
