I would like to thank Russ, owner of Rickety Gate Wines in Denmark for the wonderful hospitality that he showed us last week. We had a lovely wine tour showing us how their sparkling Shiraz was made and wine tasting afterwards, such knowledge and such passion rarely seen these days.
